Production Worker in Luleå

What does the role of a production worker involve?

At Elis in Luleå, we offer washing and care of garments, mops, cloths, and shoes for industrial customers, as well as entrance mats for public environments. As we are a mixed facility, there is the opportunity for job rotation. The workday may consist of tasks such as sorting incoming garments, washing, folding, and packing. Washing of entrance mats may also be required, which demands good physical fitness. Cleaning and basic maintenance of our equipment are also part of the job.

You will be trained at one station at a time to then learn the entire process. The work will be done in line teams together with your colleagues to deliver the best service to our customers.

To fit into this position, we see that you enjoy working independently as most of the day you will work at your station. However, it is important that you contribute to achieving the goals of the team you work with. You are cooperative and not afraid to pitch in when needed. We see that you have an eye for detail and can distinguish between quantity and quality. You have high attendance, always meet deadlines, and are orderly. You have basic computer skills and also possess good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Who are you?

You are at least 18 years old, committed, enjoy working at a fast pace, and want a dynamic job. Your physique easily handles manual work and light lifting, but also heavier tasks at times. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and your attitude towards wanting to learn and perform.

Working Hours

The working hours are Monday to Friday during the day.
